Anise seed provides a sweet, licorice-like aroma that inspires exhilaration, euphoria and elation.

Botanical Name: Pimpinella anisum.

Color: Colorless to pale yellow.
Viscosity: Mobile liquid, solidifying at low temperatures.
Top Note: Clean, sweet.
Middle Note: Strong anisic (licorice-like).
