Speical Order Items

These are non-stock items which are ordered specifically for your order.
Your order may ship 1-3 business days later than normal if you order non-stock items.
We cannot except the return of special order items without a return authorization. You must call Customer Service at 1-866-438-6101 to receive a return authorization.
Once we have ordered these items from the manufacturer, you cannot cancel the items. We generally order such items within 24 hours after you place your order, so please call immediately if you need to cancel.
If a return or cancellation is authorized, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
