Suggested Use:

Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.

Warnings:

Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxatives use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor.
