A small branched shrub found mainly in moors, humus-rich soil and open woods from lowlands to mountains, Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) bears small blue-black, many-seeded berries. Suggested Use:

The best way to make a good tasting cup of tea is by the infusion method. Place 1 tea bag into a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes and remove the bag. Press the bag before removing to enhance the flavor. For best results, take 1 cup before bedtime. Add honey to sweeten.
