Suggested Use:

For Menopausal and Non-Menstruating women: Apply Equigest cream for a maximum of 21 consecutive days per month. Resume use as needed after 7 days of non-application.

For Menstruating women: Apply Equigest cream as directed two weeks prior to the onset of your menses. Discontinue use during your period.

Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon into the soft parts of the body; including the belly, breasts, inner thigh and upper arm. Rotate area of application daily for maximum benefit.
