Suggested Use:

1. Use before shampooing.
2. Wet hair completely. Massage one tablespoon of Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment into scalp and through hair concentrating on ends and other damaged areas. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb.
3. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer for intensive conditioning.
4. Rinse hair and scalp thoroughly.
5. Shampoo as usual.
6. Use daily or as needed.
