Biochem's Carb Phase 1000 contains Phase 2™ (white kidney bean extract), an innovative ingredient that helps to block (neutralize) the digestion and absorption of starch and carbohydrates such as: bread, pasta and many other starchy foods containing white flour and refined sugars. It does this by blocking the enzyme alpha-amylase, which is the digestive enzyme that is responsible for converting starch and carbohydrates into absorbable sugars. Carb Phaser 1000 also contains Gymnema Sylvestre, Chromium and Vanadium that also support healthy glucose levels.
