| Suggested Use | As a pre-bedtime drink to lower muscle breakdown during sleep or for breakfast to provide a steady stream of amino acids in the morning. Add one heaping scoop to a blender or shaker cup filled with 10-12 fl. oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Mix for 30 seconds. Consume approximately one gram of protein per pound of body weight is a good guideline for strength athletes. Do this through a combination of lean high protein foods and supplements.
