Suggested Use:

1-3 scoops, 2-3 times a day, depending upon your body weight, metabolic status, workout program and diet and recovery needs.

Add 1-3 scoops to 3-10 oz water, juice, milk, yogurt or sauce. Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like. Note the extra calories from milk, yogurt, etc.
