Suggested Use:

Over a 14-day period, begin with 1 caplet per day before bedtime on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of purified water. Increase dosage by 1 caplet per day until you reach 8 caplets per day, dividing the usage between the morning and evening. Maintain 8 caplets per day for 7 days.
