Suggested Use:

Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz of cold water, low-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake, or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diets or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste.

Do not take more than 3 servings per day. Do not give more than one serving per day to children between 8 and 12 years old. Do not give to children under 8 years old.
