Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (19.6 grams) in eight ounces of water, and consume about 30 minutes PRIOR to exercise or physical activity.
On non-training days, mix one scoop into eight ounces of water, and consume after morning or afternoon meal.
For best results, use continuously for a minimum of eight weeks.
For those individuals who weigh over 200 lbs, consume two scoops PRIOR to exercise. For maximum growth, use with iSatori's 3-XL&trade.
