Suggested Use:
Straight from the Packet: Begin consuming Hammer Gel 20-30 minutes into exercise and continue as needed. Consume about 4 oz of water with each serving.
Mixed in a water bottle: Hammer Gel will mix in a water bottle just like your "usual" energy drink, but without the sugar! Mix 1-2 servings in a small water bottle with water.
