Each vegetarian capsule contains 500mg of pure evening primrose oil, providing 95mg of the important omega-6 fatty acid GLA per serving. GLA is a fatty acid which is rarely found in food. Hexane-free. Vitamin E & Vitamin C protect the oil from oxidation.
