| Suggested Use | Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs.); up to 1/2 heaping tablespoon (3.5 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warning. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and increase gradually to suggested amount. Notice: This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. |
| Product Warnings | Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits lasting 2 weeks, consult a physician before using a laxative. If the recommended use of this product for 1 week has not effect, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if there is rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use. Frequent or prolonged use of this preparation may result in dependence on laxatives. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children. |
