Directions
- For temporary relief of allergy symptoms, adults and chilodren age 12 and older: Gently blow your nose before using the product. Insert the dispenser into nostril, quickly and firmly squeeze the bottle, and sniff to rapidly distribute powder. Repeat in other nostril. 1-2 doses daily will provide temporary relief.
