Place Orders by Mail / Make Payment by Check
You may place your order by mail, and pay via credit card, check or money order. Make checks out to “N101″. (Note: personal checks may take several days to clear). Create your order online and proceed to Checkout Step 5 Order Review to determine the order total including shipping charges and any taxes. (IMPORTANT: You can bypass Step 4 Payment Infomation by selecting card type Visa, card number 4111111111111111, expiration date January 2018 and card verification number 123).
