Place Orders by Mail / Make Payment by Check

You may place your order by mail, and pay via credit card, check or money order. Make checks out to “N101″. (Note: personal checks may take several days to clear). Create your order online and proceed to Checkout Step 5 Order Review to determine the order total including shipping charges and any taxes. (IMPORTANT: You can bypass Step 4 Payment Infomation by selecting card type Visa, card number 4111111111111111, expiration date January 2018 and card verification number 123).

Volume Discounts

• Volume Discounts exist for many popular items and are displayed when available. The discounts are based on quantity purchased, not order total.

• Volume discount pricing is automatically applied whenever appropriate.
• Other discounts, coupons, or media codes can NOT be combined with volume discounts. You can choose to override volume discounts in your shopping cart, using discount codes. The shopping cart will indicate the savings with volume discounts compared to the alternate discount, so you can choose which to apply.
