Suggested Use:

Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty one packet into the bottle and shake. Consume it immediately, approx. 30 to 60 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch and dinner). Do not exceed 3 packets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use Hydroxycut for 8 weeks in conjunction with a calorie reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume 10 glasses of water per day.
