Ingredients:

Flax Seed Meal, Rice Bran, Orange Pulp and Peel, Grapefruit Pulp and Peel, Lemon Peel. Contains NO gluten. Contains NO wheat, corn or other common allergens.

Suggested Use:

Stir 2 rounded tablespoons (1/3 cup) vigorously into a full glass of water or juice until dispersed completely. If allowed to stand, the drink mix will thicken. Drink with plenty of water.
