Suggested Use:

SHAKE WELL BEFORE EVERY USE. As an adult dietary supplement, dispense 2.5ml to 5ml in your mouth and swallow. Initially, take 2.5ml two times daily for the first 7 days to determine your tolerence. Do not exceed 5ml at any one time and do not exceed 5ml per day. For best results, use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
