Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, the maximum recommended serving is 3 Meltdown® capsules. However, begin use with one to two capsules daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed more than 3 total capsules daily or in a single dose. As a dietary supplement take capsules upon awakening. To avoid muscle breakdown during resistance training or cardiovascular exercise, always ingest some type of high grade protein, such as, Zero Carb® Protein and/or Zero Impact® Protein prior to training.
