| Suggested Use | For adults, mix two (2) to three (3) scoops with 16-20 fl. ounces of water or juice and consume as follows: one half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance. Do not take more than three (3) scoops in a 4-hour period or more than six (6) scoops in a 24-hour period.
