Suggested Use:

For adults, consume one vial before or during exercise or as needed. Do not exceed one vial per workout session and/or more than every three to four hours. Limit use to no more than 2 vials in a 24-hour period. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Refrigerate after opening.
