Suggested Use:

For optimal digestion, add the contents of one (1) packet to 16 fl. oz. of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency. Drink immediately for best results. Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.
