Stir 2 teaspoons of Super Defense Food™ into 8 ounces of chilled water or juice. Use a shaker or blender for maximum effectiveness. Refrigerate After Opening. This product is not intended as a meal replacement.

Take the contents of one (1) packet with breakfast, and one (1) packet with lunch (two (2) packets total per day). Follow this schedule for 7 days. Throughout the time that you are using Michael's® Ultimate Detox & Cleanse™ program, drink plenty of water (non-tap, distilled is best): 8 glasses or more daily.
