| Suggested Use | As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water) daily. On workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Do not exceed 2 servings (6 caplets) in a 24-hour period.
