| Suggested Use | Take 1 serving (3 capsules) with a glass of water twice daily, 5 days out from when you want to see your competition-ready muscle definition. Take one serving in the morning and the second in the afternoon or evening. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. For your first 3 days of using Hydrazide™, significantly increase your water intake. On the last 2 days of using Hydrazide™, significantly decrease your water intake to enhance your muscle definition. For maximum fat-burning effects, try stacking with Hydroxycyt® Hardcore.
