Country Life's Your Daily Vitamin C supplies 100% of the vitamin C from certified organic sources of both Amla fruit and Acerola Cheries. As an antioxidant, vitamin C is vital in keeping the body's defenses up and ready to protect it from incoming pathogens. This food-derived formula is designed to give you vitamin C that is "Alive" with nature.

We have included ACTIValoe™, a certified organic aloe vera gel powder. This is added to enhance the absorption of vitamin C as well as to aid in the support of the digestive environment. It has been shown to increase the absorption of vitamin C by 204%.

ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) is an assay test that shows how successful a substance is at scavenging free radicals. Many foods contain antioxidants. The levels of these antioxidants vary according to the type of food. The ORAC test helps to illustrate the strength a certain food may posses in protecting the body from oxidative damage. The following are the ORAC levels for each of the foods used in this formula on a per gram basis.
