Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement for adults, six (6) tablets daily, preferably between meals with two (2) full glasses of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Psyllium should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating psyllium without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
