Suggested Use:
Consume 30-45 minutes prior to workouts. Start with 1/2 bottle (4 fl oz) to assess tolerance. Do not exceed two (2) bottles daily. Do not consume on an empty stomach or consume more than one bottle within an eight (8) hour period.
