Carlson Super Beta-Carotene is extracted from tiny sea plants or algae (Dunaliella salina) which biologically produce 10,000 times more Beta-Carotene than carrot cells. Each soft gel contains 16 mg of Beta-Carotene. Also naturally present are other food carotenoid antioxidants including Alpha Carotene, Cryptoxanthin, Zeaxanthin, and Lutein.
