Suggested Use:
Adults take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10–20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs – 12 yrs) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. For best results, use periodically with Colon Cleanse®.
