Suggested Use:

Phase 1: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening for 15 days.

Phase 3: Take 3 tablets at bedtime for 8 days, then reduce to 2 tablets at bedtime for an additional 7 days. Take with 8 oz. of water.

Take this product with at least a full glass (8 oz.) of water. Taking without enough water may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
