Suggested Use:
Proper use of Xenadrine® Super Hard Core varies from individual to individual, but you should adhere to the following guidelines to help ensure better results and safety. Based on its energizing effects, you may assess your personal tolerance, taking from 1 to 3 capsules at any one time as your body adjusts to the proper dosage. Do notm under any circumstances, exceed 3 capsules at any time (6 capsules maximum during a 24-hour period)!
As a dietary supplement: In the morning, take 2 capsules with breakfast or 30 minutes prior to training, and 2 capsules mid to late afternoon. Consume 3-4 8 oz. glasses of water per day. Read entire label before use and follow directions.

Do not take with any other stimulant or weight loss supplements containing caffeine, do not exceed six (6) capsules in any 24-hour period. Keep out of the reach of children. One serving of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee and should not be taken by individuals wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet.
